For the last 6 years I've worked inside Andes Viva, a Chilean-German DMC and one of the leading destination management companies for the German-speaking travel market in Chile and Argentina.
I didn't learn tour operations from the outside. I lived its shift from manual processes to digital workflows, the adoption of Nezasa/TripBuilder as the central booking platform, and the daily reality of what happens when data doesn't flow — when finance is chasing booking details and operations is copy-pasting components into spreadsheets.
